Behind the canvas
Most of my pieces start with a sketch "behind the canvas", or rather the underdrawing. I follow that with a base prime color before starting the painting. Abstract pieces follow a slightly different process, being more organic, free flowing, and less planned. I love them all either way.

Love the original painting. Colorful and expressive. Can't wait to frame it and hang it on my wall. Thanks for creating it!

Wow! I ordered a custom pet portrait as a gift for a friend and am truly amazed by the work. The entire process was great— I was able to provide what I was looking for, include photos, and get insights from the artist using a simple form. Communication throughout was great and I felt like my project was given a high level of importance. My piece was a portrait honoring a friend’s pet that crossed the rainbow bridge and he was truly floored with the outcome. The attention to detail is incredible. ShezSharay captured the essence of this furry friend and created a homage that will last a lifetime. Very happy with the piece and can’t recommend enough. If you’re looking for a thoughtfully crafted gift or a custom piece for yourself, definitely consider this artist!
